Netherlands

The Netherlands is a country where carrying weed home is not legal, but you can enjoy it outside. Generally, people light up a joint in the coffee shops of the Netherlands. You can find weed leaves depicted on the hoardings and walls of many coffee shops there. 

South Africa 

In South Africa, consumption and possession of marijuana are legal. However, one cannot buy and sell marijuana outside a personal residence. Marijuana in South Africa has been decriminalized by the Constitutional Court for personal consumption by adults in private.

Canada

In Canada, people who are 18 years of age and above can legally possess up to 30 grams of weed in its dried or non-dried form in public. The consumption of marijuana is legalized by law for recreational and medicinal purposes in the country. However, you can only buy Marijuana from provincially-licensed retailers. 

Jamaica

Jamaica decriminalized weed in 2015. The country allows the usage of cannabis for medicinal and religious purposes. You can freely light up a joint without any restrictions.

Uruguay  

Uruguay legalized the use of cannabis for recreational purposes in 2013. People who are 18 years of age and above can legally possess, buy, sell, or grow cannabis. You can also buy commercial grass in Uruguay from regular pharmacies. 

Belize

Belize decriminalized cannabis up to 10 grams in 2017. Adults can legally possess up to 10 grams of weed, but you cannot consume it outside a personal residence.
