The state-owned Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) in India and the Response Plus Holding (RPM) in the UAE will look into the new potential for collaboration in the areas of emergency medical services, medical evacuation, helicopter emergency medical services, and other mutually advantageous fields. The new collaboration is a result of a memorandum of understanding (MoU) signed by HAL, an aerospace and defence firm with its headquarters in Bengaluru, and RPM, a major provider of emergency medical services, remote healthcare services, and occupational health solutions, based in Abu Dhabi. The agreement was inked in Bengaluru during Aero India 2023, a biannual airshow and aviation exhibition put on by the Department of Defence Production of the Indian Ministry of Defense.
