The United Arab Emirates (UAE) and Ukrainian officials have discussed the latest progress of a comprehensive economic partnership agreement (Cepa) between the two countries. In December 2022, the two countries launched preliminary Cepa talks. Later on, Ukraine and the United Arab Emirates announced their intention to conclude a CEPA . The two countries signed Cepa to strengthen cooperation in various sectors. Dr Thani Al Zeyoudi, the Minister of State for Foreign Trade of the UAE, met Yulia Svyrydenko, Ukraine's First Deputy Prime Minister, in Dubai, a city in the UAE, on Thursday. The ministers discussed various measures to boost cooperation in property, transport, energy, agriculture, technology, manufacturing and retail.
