Rishabh Pant’s condition is stable after the car accident

 India wicketkeeper-batter Rishabh Pant’s condition is stable after a car accident that took place early Friday morning. The 25-year-old cricketer met with an accident while driving from his residence in Roorkee to New Delhi.

Reportedly, his vehicle hit a road divider at around 5:15 am. His car caught fire. However, he was able to escape from the window. He got injuries to his head, back, and feet. He was hurt on his forehead, his right wrist, ankle and toe as well suffered abrasion injuries on his back. Superintendent of Police Dehat Swapna Kishore Singh reached the spot to help him.

He was admitted to Saksham Hospital near Delhi. Later on, he was shifted to Max Hospital in Dehradun. His condition is currently stable. He is currently being treated at that hospital.

Dr Ashish Yagnik, Max Hospital, Dehradun, reportedly said that he is under the observation of Orthopedics & plastic surgeons.

Uttarakhand DGP Ashok Kumar reportedly said that Pant’s car caught fire after hitting the divider at the Narsan border. According to the Director General of Police in Uttarakhand, the cricketer lost control of his Mercedes car after falling asleep while driving.

According to eyewitnesses, Pant's car collided with the railing in the morning. Suddenly, the car caught on fire. Many truck drivers came to help him. 

Rishabh Pant is an Indian international cricketer. He plays for the national cricket team as a wicketkeeper-batter. He has played in all formats of cricket but he is famous for his consistency to score runs in Test cricket. He is a left-handed batsman. 

Pant was the vice-captain of the India U-19 team for the Under-19 Cricket World Cup in 2016. Subsequently, he became popular. He rose to fame after playing in the IPL. This year, he was named the Indian captain for the T20I series against South Africa.
