According to Financial Times’ fDi Markets data, Dubai attracted 1,253 new FDI projects in 2025, representing a 10.5% increase compared to the previous year. Capturing 7% of all global greenfield investment projects is not only a record for Dubai but also a powerful indicator of growing international confidence in its economic model.
