The President of the United Arab Emirates (UAE), His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan (MBZ), has pardoned 1,025 prisoners ahead of the holy month of Ramadan.
Ramadan 2023 is expected to begin in the UAE on Wednesday.
