 The media identity of the United Arab Emirates (UAE) has been ranked first in the world in the “National Media Identity Performance Index” for the year 2022.   The United Arab Emirates (UAE) has established three new camps in Sudan to help flood victims overcome the dire conditions caused by the floods.  The country is continuing its humanitarian and relief efforts in Sudan . Under the direction of the UAE president, His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, the Emirates Red Crescent (ERC) field teams will help the flood victims. Thousands of homes have also been destroyed in Sudan due to floods.  The teams have established new shelter camps in the affected villages in the River Nile State. They aim to deliver urgent aid to more than 140,000 flood victims in the Sudanese state. The ERC field teams are supervising the evacuation and sheltering of residents following the highest safety and security standards.
