Dubai Man Buys World's Most Expensive 'P 7' Number Plate For $15 Million

  A man in Dubai bought the ‘P 7’ registration plate for his car for 55 million dirhams, which equates to $15 million. The wealthy man bought the world’s most expensive number plate from the ‘Most Noble Numbers’ auction on Saturday. Emirates Auction LLC, the first and the largest online auction in UAE (United Arab Emirates) and the Middle East for cars, sold plate number P 7 to the man.  The auction took place at the Four Seasons Resort Dubai located in the Jumeirah region of Dubai. Many people participated in the auction. It featured numbers like AA19, AA80, O71, AA22, W78, Z37, X36, H31, N41, and J57. The Educational Cost Index (ECI) results have been made public by the Abu Dhabi Department of Education and Knowledge (ADEK), along with the framework for the academic year 2023–2024's optional tuition price hike that has been approved. UAE publishes a list of organizations exempt from corporation taxes

For the purposes of Federal Decree-Law No. 47 of 2022 on the Taxation of Corporations and Businesses, the Ministry of Finance has released Ministerial Decision No. 43 of 2023 on the exception from tax registration. (Corporate Tax Law). The decision is made in accordance with Article 51 of the Corporate Tax Law , which, barring specific situations, requires taxable persons to register for corporate tax with the Federal Tax Authority. Those who would not be required to register for Corporate Tax are specified in the Ministerial Decision on the Exception from Tax Registration. Governmental organizations, companies under the jurisdiction of the government, firms engaged in extractive industries, as well as non-extractive natural resource businesses, are free from the requirement to register for corporate tax reasons. Marburg virus: UAE urges travellers from infected countries to isolate

  Some cases of Marburg virus, a hemorrhagic fever virus and a member of the species Marburg marburg virus, have been reported in Tanzania and Equatorial Guinea.  The United Arab Emirates (UAE) residents who have travelled to these two countries are advised to isolate themselves upon returning to the UAE. The UAE Ministry of Health and Prevention (Mohap) has shared some recommendations for travellers. The ministry urged travellers to get medical attention at the nearest health facility.
